Prof. Anetta Caplanova, Ph.D.

Prof. Anetta Caplanova, PhD. is the MASUDEM project coordinator and participating researcher. She is an accomplished economist with expertise in behavioural economics, public finance and education systems. Dr. Caplanova has made significant contributions to the field of economics, with her research being published in several top-tier academic journals. Her publications have achieved international recognition. She has received various awards and honours for her work, which has focused on topics such as the determinants of foreign direct investment, the impact of democracy on well-being, measuring the size of the shadow economy, and the impact of personality traits and mindfulness on behaviour of individual investors. Beyond her research, Dr. Caplanova is also a dedicated educator and mentor. She has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has supervised numerous students.
She is experienced in project management, she prepared many proposals for funding of research, teaching and training activities. She has abundant international exposure in Europe, and globally with special focus on South-East Asian region. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Caplanova has served as a consultant for various government agencies and international organizations, providing expert advice in fiscal policy, education systems, social science research and other areas related to her expertise. Her contributions to the policy community have helped to shape fiscal policies in Slovakia.

Associate Prof. Michaela Bednárová, BA (Hons), PhD.

Associate prof. Ing. Michaela Bednárová, BA (Hons), PhD. is the MASUDEM project local coordinator and participating researcher of a program country institution – Pablo de Olavide University, Seville (Spain). 
She is an Associate professor of Accounting at the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the UPO. She completed her Ph.D. in Management and Economics at the University of Huelva (Spain) and was a visiting researcher at the Rutgers State University of New Jersey (USA) and University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia). 
Her main research interests are in the area of Digital Accounting; Business Communication 2.0; Stakeholder Engagement; Corporate Social Responsibility; Sustainability and Integrated Reporting, which resulted in 13 publications listed in Publons (total citations: 277, H-index: 10, retrieved from Publons) in international academic journals such as International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, Meditari Accountancy Research, Government Information Quarterly (UK), Online Information Review (UK), Journal of Information Systems (USA), Spanish Accounting Review (Spain), etc. and more than 10 publications in professional journals such as AECA, a journal of Spanish Accounting Association (Spain). In addition, she participated in more than 20 national and international conferences.
She is also an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Digital Accounting Research (indexed in Scopus, Q1-Q2), and a member of editorial boards in the Forum Scientiae Oeconomia; Journal of Contemporary Management (South Africa); and Polish Journal of International Mangement. In addition, she has served as a reviewer in different international journals indexed in WOS and Scopus.
She collaborated as an external quality expert in the Erasmus plus project – REPESEA – Assessing and Improving Research Performance at South East Asian Universities. She also participated in another Erasmus plus project – CHAISE – Blockchain Skills for Europe. 
She has recently been appointed as a member of the committee for new technologies in accounting in AECA (Madrid) and a member of the Academic Advisory Body of INATBA (Brussel). 

Dr. Rita Takács 

 

Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary
PhD, counselling psychologist, senior lecturer, head of a Student Support Centre of the Faculty of Informatics ELTE, Budapest. 
In this position she supervises and coordinates all the psychologists’ work in the Student Support Centre. She is the lead of the complex prevention and promotion program for students. Her PhD dissertation examines in depth student retention in higher education and the possible psychological characteristics of computer science students who accomplish their studies successfully. Her goal is to combine the knowledge and information gained in empirical researches in student retention with practical counselling strategies.

Ing. Gabriel Adamek

Graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, he is a certified Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in coordinating education and training activities over the world, bringing sustainable management to the field of organic farming in overseas (Costa Rica, Brazil, Jamaica, Barbados, Thailand, Nepal), led development of agri-products for the Slovak market and established the plant cultivation farm and processing center, introduced pilot communal gardens for marginal groups in Slovakia. Since 2014 he introduced entrepreneurship incubator at the premises of Co-working Centre in Bratislava.

Associate Prof. Martina Rašticová, PhD.
 

Mendel University in Brno, Brno, Czech Republic
She is an associate professor at Mendel University in Brno, currently a vice-dean for internationalization and also leading the Research Team Smart Society. Since 2022, she has been chairing a COST Action CA21107 DIGI-net: Inequalities in Later Life Redefined by Digitalisation. She has been working on gender, age and diversity research projects and publishing since 1998. From 2004 – 2007, she lived in Washington, DC, in 2006 – 2007, she received the Associated Research Scholarship at George Washington University. Since 2018, she has been conducting research together with prof. Clary Krekula from Linneaus University in Sweden focusing on inequalities in later life. 
In the above-mentioned area, she has participated in a number of major projects.  She is the author of the monographs, Czech Woman between Profession and Family. Diversity leadership from a gender perspective (2011), editor of the monograph, Diversity is Reality. Effective Leadership of Diverse Teams in a Global Environment (2011), Age management. Actual challenges and promising solutions in ageing European population. (2013), To work or to be retired? (2019) as well as a co-author of Barriers for women entering business and seeking self-assertion in the Czech Republic and EU (2009). She has also contributed several chapters to the monographs edited by Michele Paludi, issued by Praeger Publisher, USA. She is a co-editor of an open accessed book published in Springer Open: Extended working life policies (2020). 

Associate Prof. Aweewan Panyagometh

Associate Professor Dr. Aweewan Panyagometh received a bachelor’s in environmental science from Mahidol University; Master of Science in Hazardous Waste Management from Chulalongkorn University; Master of Science in Environmental Science and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA and joint PhD in Engineering and Public Policy as well as Environmental Science and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Before joining the International College of NIDA, Dr. Aweewan was a full-time faculty member at the Department of Political Science of Ramkhamhaeng University. 
She is a member of the MASUDEM Management Board and a task manager from International college of National institute of development administration (ICO NIDA) in Thailand.  
Her expertise is in quantitative policy analysis, environmental policy, life-cycle assessment, and tourism and sustainability. She has been involved in many research projects both international and national funding; for example, ERASMUS+, Asian development bank, Thailand science research and innovation, and etc.

Associate Prof. Suppanunta Romprasert, PhD.

Asst. Prof. Suppanunta Romprasert, PhD. is the MASUDEM project participating researcher. She is an accomplished economist with expertise in project and risk analysis, financial economics, creative economy, sufficient and sustainable economic and educational psychology and innovation economy. Dr. Romprasert has made significant contributions to the field of economics, with her research being published in several top-tier academic journals. Her publications have achieved international recognition. She has received various awards and honours for her work, which has focused on topics such as the consumption with health economic, taxonomy on cognitive domain for elders, energy risk management and cost of economic production biodiesel project, and sustainable economy on community enterprises and digital marketing. Beyond her research, Dr. Romprasert is also a dedicated educator and mentor especially in Curriculum and Active Learning. She has taught courses at both the undergraduate in creative economy and entrepreneurship, energy economic, principle of macroeconomics, theory of financial and capital market, managerial economics and graduate levels in macroeconomic theory, special seminar and advance macroeconomics and has supervised numerous students.
She is experienced in international award in gold medal from Djung Laboratory from Japan Design, Idea and Invention Expo 2022. Besides she has written the book chapter, book, textbook and project management handbooks. She prepared many proposals for funding of research, teaching and training activities. She has abundant international exposure in Europe, and globally with special focus on Finance and Entrepreneur Management; South-East Asian Economy Analysis. In addition to her academic and research work, Dr. Suppanunta has served as a consultant for various government agencies and international organizations, providing expert advice in digital economy, e-commerce, financial feasibility, social science research and other areas related to her expertise. Her contributions to the policy community have helped to conduct the assessment instrument and policies in Thailand.

Associate Prof. Kullapa Soratana, PhD.


Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand
Dr. Soratana is a member of the MASUDEM Management Board and a task manager from Naresuan University in Thailand. Her expertise lies in the fields of environmental sustainability and environmental impact assessment research and projects. Her research interests are centered on life cycle assessment and its implications in interdisciplinary research and business for sustainability. Her publications have gained global recognition and acknowledgement. 
In term of experience, Dr. Soratana has worked in both academic and industry settings. Initially starting as an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager, she later earned her PhD in Sustainability and Green Design from the Department of Environmental Engineering, University of Pittsburgh at Pennsylvania in 2012. Between 2012 and 2014, she worked as both a post-doctoral researcher and a mentor for graduate student at Arizona State University’s School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment. 
From 2016 to 2023, Dr. Soratana has developed her management abilities by fulfilling the role of Deputy Dean for Administration, Research, and Community Services, as well as Academic Services. Her teaching expertise lies in the areas of research methodology in science and technology, sustainable logistics and supply chain, as well as life cycle assessment and life cycle costing. 

Prof. Dr. Asep Hermawan, M.Sc.

 

Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia
Asep Hermawan is Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Economics & Business Universitas Trisakti. Currently, he is a vice dean for Development & Collaboration. His research interest: Higher Education Marketing, Green Marketing, Hospitality, and Healthcare Marketing.  
He published his works in several books, Journal and International Proceedings. He has taught courses at under graduate and graduate levels and has supervised numerous students. 
He has been a guest Professor in Asian and European Countries 
He also serves as Editorial Board of national and international journals, Organizer, Chair of International Conference and External Examiner for Doctoral program in foreign countries. He also has years of experience in banking as R&D staff. 

Prof. Nurul Indarti, PhD.  

Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Nurul Indarti is a Professor at the Department of Management, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She received her Bachelor in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, Siviløkonom (Master) from the University of Agder, Norway, and Candidata Mercatoria (Master) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Norway. She obtained her PhD in Knowledge Management from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.  
Nurul has actively published her research topics in the field of small business, family business, knowledge management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Some of her publication outlets are the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research [Q1], Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development [Q1], Journal of Business Venturing Insights [Q1], Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies [Q1], Journal of Strategy and Management [Q2], Journal of Organizational Change Management [Q2] and others. Additionally, Nurul has much experience as a consultant at various local and national companies. Nurul is also involved in other Erasmus+ projects, namely REPESEA [Research Performance in South-East Asean] Project and ANGEL [ASEAN Network for Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership] funded by the European Union.

Ir., M.Arch. Wiryono Raharjo, PhD.  

 

Universitas Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Wiryono (Wing) Raharjo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). Wing obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia), Master of Architecture (Post Professional) from Dalhousie University (Canada), and Ph.D. in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Wing’s research interest in sustainable development mainly focuses on the issue of informal urbanism, which appears in his latest book chapter on urban informal settlements development, in the Routledge Handbook of Urban Indonesia (published in 2023). Wing has previous engagements with Erasmus+ CBHE projects, which include Erasmus+ REPESEA (2016-19), Erasmus+ GITA (2017-21), and Erasmus+ BUiLD (2019-22). In addition, he also participated in the Erasmus+ ICM through the faculty mobility program – a partnership between UII and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University (Turkiye) in 2021. Besides teaching at the Department of Architecture, Wing currently holds the position of Vice-Rector for Partnerships and Entrepreneurship at UII.
